Our practices are held at the Crystal Pool, located at 2275 Quadra Street in Victoria.  During maintenance shutdowns, practices may be held at other community pools - coaches will announce this in advance.  

First practice of the 2023-2024 Season will be Tuesday 19 September.

We have four practices per week, though it is not mandatory that a swimmer attend them all. The Tuesday and Thursday practices are divided into two sessions: an early and a late group. When registering, each swimmer requests either the early or the late sessions, and shall attend only their assigned session unless otherwise arranged with the coach. This avoids overcrowding of the lanes.
